Contestants were wittled down to the final three: Amanda Arlauskas, Rudy Pauls and Danny Calhill, with the person who lost the highest percentage of weight named the winner of the $250,000 prize. With a total weight loss of 239 lbs, it was Oklahoma land surveyor.
